About the Program:

NewsBreak is looking for high-potential MBA graduates to join the Human Resources track of our General Management Rotation Program (MRP), a full-time opportunity designed to cultivate future HR leaders through hands-on experience, executive mentorship, and exposure to strategic HR initiatives across the company. This program is tailored for individuals with 3+ years of prior business experience, and aims to accelerate your development into key HR leadership roles at NewsBreak.

Program Highlights

  • A customized leadership rotation experience aligned with your strengths and interests as well as NewsBreak's HR priorities
  • 2+ rotations across HR functions within 2–3 years
  • Assigned Sr. Executive Sponsor, rotation managers, and dedicated mentors throughout the program
  • Minimum of 3 high-impact assignments aligned with core HR objectives and your personal growth plan
  • Cross-functional exposure and visibility to senior leadership
  • Rotations may involve different locations within the U.S.

Rotation Track

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 3–5 years of progressive business experience (e.g., investment banking, strategic consulting, HR consulting, or private equity)
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and people/HR analytics

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
