These programs typically combine workshops, mentorship, real-world projects, and networking opportunities to help individuals gain the knowledge and experience needed for leadership roles. Leadership Programs may be targeted at early-career professionals, mid-level managers, or high-potential employees identified for advancement. The main goal is to cultivate effective leaders who can drive organizational success and adapt to changing business environments.

These assignments are designed to develop critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills while providing exposure to different departments and leadership styles. By rotating through various roles and working closely with experienced mentors, participants gain a broad perspective of the organization and build a strong professional network, which can accelerate advancement into management or specialized leadership positions.
