INTERNAL LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
PRINCIPAL AND ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP MENTOR
All qualified current Longview ISD administrators to apply for the supplemental assignment of Principal and Assistant Principal Leadership Mentor.
The selected mentor will provide confidential, job-embedded coaching and professional development to new, aspiring, and current campus administrators.
  • Applicants must have at least five years of successful experience as an elementary and secondary campus principal, an applicable Texas administrative certificate, a demonstrated record of improving student and campus outcomes, and experience mentoring or developing school leaders.

Compensation: Supplemental stipend of $5,000 $20,000, based on the assigned scope of work.
