Through the development program, you will receive structured training and career development across key areas of the bank, positioning you for future roles as a relationship manager, portfolio manager, or continued advancement as a credit analyst. During the program, participants work as a Credit Analyst and play a critical role in evaluating the financial health and creditworthiness of commercial clients.
