The Program:

Throughout this two-year program, you will be placed in a cohort where you'll receive ongoing career development, networking, mentoring, training opportunities, practicum program opportunities, and exposure to different areas of the business to help you succeed at Morningstar.

Rotational MDP Track:

Within our new Rotational MDP track, you will gain exposure to a variety of business teams that will immerse you in what it's like to work in each area. Build your skillset and gain experience in areas that help drive Morningstar's mission!This is ideal for candidates who are open and interested in exploring Morningstar's various business groups.

Responsibilities for the Rotational Track:

  • Build deep expertise in Morningstar's data, products, and research

  • Directly interact with Morningstar's clients, including advisors, and individual and institutional investors

  • Contribute to ongoing training sessions and stretch projects while developing a strong foundation of knowledge to build on and use in your Morningstar career

  • Develop both analytical and communication skills by navigating Morningstar to build a variety of expertise

  • Ability to adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
