Program Coordination ScopeThe Program Coordinator supports the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority (HCRMA) leadership by organizing program activities, coordinating external support, and ensuring project needs are met with accuracy and discretion. This role exists to keep communication, documentation, and vendor coordination moving efficiently while maintaining strong service to internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities include coordinating with consultants/contractors and suppliers, supporting contract and procurement discussions, preparing materials using desktop publishing tools, and responding to client inquiries and concerns on behalf of management.Required qualifications/skills:- Certified in Texas Department of Transportation Local Government Project Procedures- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)- Proficiency with desktop publishing procedures and applications- Strong organization, time management, and relationship-building skillsApply to help deliver reliable, customer-focused program support for the City of Pharr.Core BenefitsThis full-time position includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, along with Paid Time Off to support your health and work-life needs.A Typical WorkdayYour day is primarily onsite and indoors, balancing planned coordination with real-time updates.
