The Leadership Development Program (LDP) Associate participates in a rigorous development program to prepare themselves as an entry-level manager in one of several Divisions of Warren CAT.   During the program, you will receive real-time experience, gaining knowledge of Warren CAT, Warren Equipment Company, and practical leadership skills. 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of the Warren CAT operations including but not limited to: safety, budget compliance, operational compliance, personnel management, asset warranty compliance, service operations, training and development, communication strategies, and product development strategies.
  • Attend semi-annual Warren Equipment Company (WEC) Manager Trainings.
  • Actively participate in various unique servant-leadership development opportunities including a comprehensive program in understanding the purpose and functions of other WEC entities.
  • Regularly participate in the LDP mentor program
  • Other duties may be assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Business, agribusiness, industrial distribution/engineering or similar discipline preferred)
  • Proven character-driven leadership experience
  • Ability to relocate to any Warren CAT location at the completion of the Leadership Development Program
