Are you a strategic people leader who thrives in developing others, steering a portfolio of complex OD work, and elevating how teams function across an organization?
If so, we're looking for a Manager II, Organizational Development who brings insight, curiosity, and structure to human systems, leads a team of practitioners, and partners with leaders to create healthier, more effective ways of working.
The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Organization Development practitioners who deliver high-quality consulting and facilitation across the enterprise.
  • Partner with leaders to understand the human dynamics shaping team and organizational performance, including alignment, clarity, trust, roles, decision-making, and ways of working.
  • Diagnose root causes of team and organizational challenges through qualitative assessment methods such as interviews, stakeholder input, team climate exploration, and observation.
  • Design and facilitate targeted Organization Development engagements that help teams build shared understanding, make key decisions, strengthen relationships, and create clarity and commitment around how they work together.
  • Support new leader transitions by helping leaders and their teams establish expectations, purpose, operating norms, and alignment.
  • Support new or evolving teams by guiding conversations around team purpose, strategic direction, roles, collaboration needs, and team culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners, helping them interpret team patterns, dynamics, and opportunities for improved effectiveness.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization to anticipate needs and provide proactive organizational effectiveness support.
  • Develop and refine OD tools, frameworks, and methodologies that strengthen the team's practice and ensure consistency and quality in delivery.
  • Continuously assess the impact of engagements through feedback and alignment indicators and incorporate insights into future practice.
  • Stay current with research and trends in Organization Development, team effectiveness, and human systems to inform ongoing practice evolution.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 or more years related experience.
  • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • 10 years of related experience in organization development, team effectiveness, human systems consulting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective people leadership, including developing talent, coaching teams, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose organizational and team dynamics and facilitate productive, clarity-building conversations.
  • Excellent consulting, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and credibly with leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, navigate ambiguity, and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide groups through sensitive or complex dialogue.
