  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, learning and development, human resources, or program management.
  • Experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Design and coordinate participant rotations through the program while defining learning objectives and development outcomes.
  • Support candidate sourcing and selection activities, including partnerships with universities and external recruitment channels.
  • Monitor participant progress, conduct assessments, and identify high-potential talent.
  • Partner with business leaders and mentors to support participant development and address challenges.
  • Develop and monitor program metrics, budgets, and key performance indicators to measure effectiveness.
  • Analyze participant feedback and business input to continuously improve program structure and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization to ensure development experiences align with business needs.
