We are seeking a passionate and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Blue Ash, OH. In this role, you will support leadership training initiatives, contribute to strategic development programs, and work closely with key stakeholders to identify and cultivate emerging talent. Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent development and training
  • Support the facilitation of workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions
