POSITION OVERVIEW

The Leadership Development Manager is a key member of the Talent/HR team responsible for driving MasterCorp's leadership development strategy and programs. This role oversees the design, implementation, and management of leadership development initiatives, including building and maintaining leadership curricula for all leadership levels, managing and facilitating the Center of Excellence (COE) program, and delivering leadership training to frontline, field, and corporate audiences. The Manager partners closely with leaders across the organization to identify capability needs, ensure learning solutions align with business objectives, and support MasterCorp's strategic priorities. As a critical contributor to building leadership capability across the organization, this position helps strengthen the leadership pipeline and drive organizational effectiveness.

**The role is based in Orlando, FL, requires up to 30% overnight travel, and bilingual Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.**

Leadership Curriculum Design and Development

  • Design leadership curriculum for each leader level across the enterprise that incorporate adult learning principles and builds a multi-site, multi-language, largely deskless workforce.
  • Conduct needs analysis with business leaders to define the skills required at each leader level.
  • Create diverse instructional materials, including e-learning modules in Articulate, video in Powtoon, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology, including Microsoft Copilot, to enable instructional design and delivery at scale.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify skill gaps and recommend the right solution based on the need.

Program Management

  • Own the Center of Excellence Manager training program inclusive of facilitation and updated content
  • Develop and execute a cohort strategy that supports leadership bench at every level inclusive of program design and skills gap needs assessment
  • Facilitate leadership programs in person and virtually for frontline, field, and corporate audiences.
  • Develop and manage Train-the-Trainer programs to build internal training capacity.

Change Management Support

  • Advise on the learning and behavior change requirements for enterprise initiatives.
  • Support communication and cascade plans with talking points, training materials, and manager resources.
  • Scope the learning requirements for enterprise rollouts and build what is needed to support adoption.

Stakeholder Management and Coaching

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
  • Work with leaders across the business to gather observations on how programs are impacting behavior.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on implementing key learnings in their day to day.

Reporting and Learning Technology

  • Define the success measures for every leadership program before it launches, including the completion target, the assessment standard, and the business outcome the program is built to move.
  • Utilize LMS to manage learning content, user support, learning pathways and reporting
  • Determine key performance indicators for learning programs that align with MasterCorp's strategic priorities.
  • Track and report completion, assessment results, manager feedback, and observable change in behavior for each program that result in program improvements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development or a related field and four (4) to five (5) years of related experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, with hands-on instructional design and facilitation experience.
  • Proven ability to facilitate leadership content for manager and supervisor audiences, both in person and virtually.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE), and e-learning development tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including multi-day training events, logistics, and materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), and video editing software (e.g., Powtoon) as well as learning management systems, preferably Workday LMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and demonstrate training impact.
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred, with direct experience supporting a field facing/ multi-site or hourly workforce
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
