Our focus is on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), we work primarily with IBM Planning Analytics. In 2025, we established ACG AI Labs, an internal team focused on advancing the use of AI in Finance, FP&A and EPM. We have developed some exciting AI solutions that create operational efficiency and generate tangible business value.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate
starting in June 2026, to support our sales and growth initiatives in both EPM and AI. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and assist in expanding the company's market presence. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities
  • Find relevant contacts in defined positions
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and research, including on social media
  • Schedule and participate in meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Assist in developing business development plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Support proposal preparation, contracts, and negotiation processes
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation efforts
  • Track performance metrics and prepare business development reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Degree, experience or interest in Computer Science and / or AI is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus
