Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
โข 2+ years of warehouse experience within telecom, underground construction, utilities, or a related industry
โข Experience with inventory management, cycle counts, material reconciliation, and warehouse documentation
โข Experience working with Duraline reels and wooden fiber reels
โข Strong Excel or inventory management system experience
โข Experience investigating inventory discrepancies, damaged shipments, and quality control issues
โข OSHA 10 certification (active)
โข Forklift certification with hands-on experience (active)
โข Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
โข Experience coordinating materials, shipments, and contractors in a fast-paced environment
โข Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift

Day-to-Day:
โข Partner closely with warehouse leadership to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all documentation is up to date
โข Review daily counts, inventory reports, shipments, and material movement to support day-to-day operations across multiple warehouses
โข Investigate damaged shipments, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and support quality control initiatives
โข Coordinate material deliveries directly to contractors supporting underground fiber construction projects
โข Receive, organize, track, and distribute fiber reels, conduit, and other construction materials
โข Perform inventory counts, stock management, and warehouse reporting
โข Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely while maintaining OSHA compliance
โข Support warehouse growth initiatives and help develop scalable inventory and material management processes
