The Visual Merchandiser is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by implementing the visual merchandising strategy. This person creates appealing and eye-catching visualdisplays that lead the customer through the entire store. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

Some of the functions the Visual Merchandiser Associate will perform:

  • Embodies our values: Adventure Guides, Serve Others and Own It
  • Responsible for the overall presentation of the showroom
  • Executes floor set changes including new and discontinued items
  • Managers inventory to discourage overages and shortages
  • Assists in fostering an energetic and positive working environment
  • Listens to the customers' needs and presents possible options
