Job Description
This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.
Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise-scale Angular applications.
  • Drive technical decision-making and establish front-end development standards, best practices, and reusable design patterns.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of UI features from concept through production deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and backend engineers to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
  • Lead technical design discussions, estimate work, identify risks, and provide implementation guidance during sprint planning.
  • Mentor and coach junior and senior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Identify technical debt and drive modernization initiatives to improve application maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and scalable front-end frameworks to support multiple applications.
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services while implementing robust error handling, authentication, caching, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Develop scalable Micro Frontend solutions using Module Federation or similar technologies where appropriate.
  • Optimize application performance by improving rendering speed, bundle size, lazy loading, virtual scrolling, memory utilization, and network efficiency.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to ensure efficient API design and seamless integration.
  • Participate in production support rotations, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Perform thorough code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, and static code analysis.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve software quality, documentation, testing, and engineering productivity.

Skills
  • 7+ years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v14+), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
  • Strong experience with reactive programming using RxJS.
  • Experience implementing enterprise state management using NgRx (Store, Effects, Selectors, Entity) or equivalent state management libraries.
  • Experience building reusable component libraries and scalable front-end architectures.
  • Experience developing responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible (WCAG/ARIA) web applications.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques, including rendering performance, bundle optimization, lazy loading, virtual scrolling, memory management, and network optimization.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, including authentication, authorization, pagination, caching, and error handling.
  • Experience implementing Micro Frontend architecture using Module Federation or similar technologies.
  • Experience with AG Grid and Apache ECharts (or equivalent visualization libraries).
  • Experience troubleshooting complex UI issues across browsers and devices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins (or equivalent CI/CD platforms), SonarQube, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for debugging, reporting, and API integration.
