As Arclin continues to strengthen its global treasury operations, the Treasury Analyst will play an important role in supporting the Company’s daily cash management, banking operations, liquidity reporting, and treasury initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to develop a strong foundation in corporate treasury while working closely with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, and business teams across the globe.

The Treasury Analyst will assist in maintaining accurate cash visibility, supporting banking activities, preparing treasury reports, and contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities1. Cash Management & Treasury Operations

·       Assist treasury manager to prepare and maintain daily global cash position reports.

·       Monitor bank account balances and ensure timely reporting of cash availability.

·       Assist with daily cash forecasting and liquidity reporting.

·       Support the execution of intercompany funding and cash transfers.

·       Assist in processing and monitoring treasury payments and banking transactions.

·       Help maintain bank account documentation, authorized signatories, and banking portals.

·       Support bank account openings, closures, and periodic KYC documentation requests.

2. Banking & Working Capital Support

·       Maintain relationships with banking partners by coordinating routine operational requests.

·       Assist in monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory trends that impact cash flow.

·       Support working capital reporting and cash flow analysis.

·       Assist in maintaining treasury policies and standard operating procedures.

3.Treasury Systems & Process Improvement

·       Support Treasury Management System (TMS) administration and banking connectivity.

·       Assist in testing system enhancements and treasury-related projects.

·       Help improve treasury reporting through Excel automation and process standardization.

·       Participate in treasury transformation initiatives, including payment automation and bank connectivity projects.

4. Treasury Reporting & Analysis

·       Support treasury manager to prepare weekly and monthly treasury reports covering cash balances, debt, investments, and liquidity metrics.

·       Assist in reconciling treasury transactions with the Accounting team.

·       Monitor bank fees, analyze and recommend opportunities for cost savings.

·       Support monthly reporting of interest expense, interest income, and debt balances.

·       Assist with preparing schedules for internal and external audits.

Skills & Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       0–2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Corporate Finance.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial analysis.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or Treasury Management Systems is a plus but not required.

·       Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is preferred.
