  • Experience consolidating multi-tier SAS environments into AWS
  • Knowledge of migration planning and implementation methodologies
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Technical leadership or consulting experience
  • Experience creating infrastructure and migration documentation, including Pre-Installation Requirements Documents (PIRD)
  • Knowledge transfer and post-implementation support experience
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
  • 40% SAS 9.4 Platform Administration & Migration

  • Lead migration activities from on-premises infrastructure into AWS
  • Migrate SAS metadata, users, libraries, datasets, and platform assets
  • Configure and troubleshoot SAS platform services and infrastructure
  • Perform post-migration validation and production readiness testing
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux, AWS, and SAS environments
  • Develop migration plans, technical documentation, and implementation guides
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production cutover activities
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal technical teams
