About the Role:

The Receiving Lead plays a critical role in the manufacturing supply chain by overseeing the efficient and accurate receipt of all incoming materials and products. This position ensures that all shipments are inspected, documented, and processed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations. The Receiving Lead coordinates with warehouse staff and other departments to maintain inventory accuracy and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize receiving operations. This role requires strong leadership to manage a team, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of operational productivity. Ultimately, the Receiving Lead contributes to the seamless flow of materials that supports manufacturing schedules and overall business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse receiving or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
