Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

Pay, Benefits & Perks

  • $22.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience 
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 19.00 for each billable client hour worked 
  • 18.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time 
  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

Position Details 

  • Position Type: Part-Time 
  • Schedule: 
  • Monday–Friday between 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM 
  • This role is primarily based in-home, however, employees will need to commute to the center in Long Beach during training.
  • Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling 
  • Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
