What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, youโ€™ll be the engine behind the successful delivery of transportation projects for public and private sector clients. Youโ€™ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

From feasibility studies to construction administration, youโ€™ll be hands-on in every phase, bringing vision, leadership, and technical expertise to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver transportation infrastructure projects including roads, highways, and multi-use trails.
  • Lead Transportation Class Environmental Assessment studies and Complete Streets designs.
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee construction administration and traffic management planning.
  • Seal technical reports and transportation designs.
  • Monitor project performance and profitability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Support client development and cross-sector collaboration.

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation design and project management.
  • P.Eng designation in Ontario.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation Inroads, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Ontario driverโ€™s license and access to a vehicle
