Position Summary

Serves as the primary point of contact to STRATCOM leadership for daily task order administration. Oversees planning, execution, personnel coordination, and quality for all contractor-provided training and exercise support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day management and coordination of all PWS activities.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate the contractor team's effort.
  • Manage schedules, deliverables, CDRLs, and quality control processes.
  • Interface with NAOC, USSTRATCOM, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with work hours, remote work authorization, and operational tempo changes.
  • Prepare quarterly Program Management Reviews and monthly progress updates.
  • Support transition activities during phase-out periods.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior operational experience on NAOC Battle Staff strongly preferred.
  • Must meet personnel qualification requirements in PWS 2.1 (NAOC operations expertise, ISD, NPES, comm systems familiarity, etc.).
  • Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills.

Security Requirements:

TS clearance with eligibility for NC2/ESI, SCI, and SA
