Our client is seeking a laborer to join their team servicing Metropolitan Water District sites in Parker Dam, CA. You will be responsible for partnering with other staff members to prepare vacant houses for occupancy by

performing needed housing repairs, for example: painting (drywall repair), electrical work (replacing/repair lighting fixtures and ceiling fans), doors and hardware, and cabinets, etc. This position will be either a 4/10 schedule Thursday-Sunday or 5/8 schedule Thursday-Monday.


Our client is seeking a laborer to join their team servicing Metropolitan Water District sites in Parker Dam, CA. You will be responsible for partnering with other staff members to prepare vacant houses for occupancy by performing needed housing repairs, for example: painting (drywall repair), electrical work (replacing/repair lighting fixtures and ceiling fans), doors and hardware, and cabinets, etc. This position will be either a 4/10 schedule Thursday-Sunday or 5/8 schedule Thursday-Monday.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the corrective maintenance activities of vacant Metropolitan residential housing.
  • General repairs of heating and air conditioning, lighting, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, roofing patchwork, painting, and general cleanup.
  • Provide assistance on various sites across the region.
  • Assist in various general labor on project sites.
  • Drive MWD pick-up trucks onsite as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
