Job Summary:
Rogo is building Wall Street's first true AI banker, empowering finance professionals with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. The Lead iOS Engineer will play a foundational role in developing Rogo’s native iOS app, collaborating with various teams to enhance user interaction with AI on mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
• Architect, build, and maintain Rogo’s iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
• Establish and refine mobile development practices: planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts
• Own major product features from concept to launch
• Work closely with users and Customer Success to iterate quickly and ship improvements
• Contribute to the overall architecture and direction of our mobile and frontend platforms
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
• Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI (iOS 16+), and UIKit
• Experience building polished, high-performance apps with a focus on great UX
• Comfortable working across concurrency, threading, and performance optimizations
• Excited about crafting elegant interfaces and reusable, testable components
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Passionate about building delightful AI-powered experiences
Preferred:
• Experience integrating with backend services (REST APIs, gRPC, Server-Sent-Events)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
