Technical/Functional Skills        

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Experience with ETL Concepts

Experience with Informatica and Toad

Experience with PLSQL( Desired)

Experience with Agile development (SCRUM methodology) desired

Experience leading a team in collaborative development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts

Good understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)

Agile environment experience.

 Secondary Skills:

Knowledge to Database Development like Oracle/DB2/MySQL

 Generic Managerial/Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
