Position Summary
The Canvassing Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating new business
opportunities by engaging directly with potential customers in the community. This role
supports the sales team by creating interest, identifying customer needs, and scheduling
qualified leads. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, resilient, and motivated by goals,
growth opportunities, and unlimited earning potential.


Key Responsibilities
• Proactively engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing and
other field marketing activities.
• Introduce Stronghouse products and services in a professional, positive, and
confident manner.
• Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, features and available services.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales activity goals.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional presence when representing the
company.
• Handle rejection with resilience and continue working towards performance goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to improve skills and
results.
• Track and report field activity, customer interactions, and lead information accurately.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety expectations while working in the
field.


Qualifications
• High energy, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABility to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
• Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation required.
• Prior canvassing, sales, customer service, or field marketing experience preferred but
not required.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including eveings or weekends as needed.
