You will install commercial furniture, help lead projects in the field, solve problems, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to our quality standards.We are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in their work, leads by example and holds themselves and others to a high standard. If you know commercial furniture installation and are looking for a team where safety, quality, accountability and culture matter, we want to talk to you. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLEDeliver an exceptional Circadia experience for every clientLead by example in safety, quality, professionalism and productivityComplete installations accurately, efficiently and according to manufacturer standardsTake ownership of jobsite execution, communication and problem-solvingContribute to the safety, quality and profitability of every projectRESPONSIBILITIESInstall, reconfigure and decommission commercial furniture and systemsLead or support installation crews based on project size and complexityReview project information and coordinate daily jobsite activitiesCommunicate clearly with project managers, clients and installation team membersLoad, unload, receive and verify furniture and other productIdentify and resolve field issues while escalating concerns when appropriateFollow manufacturer installation guidelines and stay current on products and installation methodsMaintain required tools and equipmentLevel, adjust, repair and clean furniture as neededMaintain a clean, organized and professional jobsiteFollow all Circadia safety standards and immediately report unsafe conditionsImmediately communicate damages, errors, omissions or project concernsAssist with furniture, people and content moves as neededOther duties as assignedSKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSStrong commercial furniture installation and mechanical skillsAbility to lead by example and provide direction to othersProfessional, respectful communicationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to read plans, drawings and installation instructionsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environmentCommitment to safety, quality and accountabilityDependable, team-oriented and takes pride in doing the job rightEXPERIENCE2+ years' experience installing commercial systems furniture, architectural products, millwork or similar productsPrevious lead installer or crew leadership experience strongly preferredClass E license preferredEDUCATIONHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)COMPENSATION$30–$35 per hour, dependent upon experienceFull benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision for you and your family401k with generous employer match15 days PTO (second calendar year) and 11 paid holidays (after 15 days of employment)Circadia is a drug-free workplace.
