Net Full Stack Developer (s) Application Development

Blu Omega is seeking Full Stack.NET Developers! At Blu Omega, you'll do more than just write code—you'll help design and deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. We're looking for developers with a strong appetite to learn, a passion for problem-solving, and the technical skills to bring modern software solutions to life. As a Full Stack.NET Developer, you will leverage emerging tools and technologies to solve complex challenges, continuously improve system performance, and contribute to scalable, future-ready architectures. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with current environments while supporting future enhancements. You'll play a key role in shaping systems that deliver real value and make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
  • Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#,.NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements.
  • Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
  • Experience with .NET and React
  • Experience with SQL (Postgres preferred) databases, familiarity with NoSQL technologies
  • Experience working in an Agile scrum team?
  • Ability to use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions?
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with software engineering
  • Experience with creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • Master's degree

Salary Range: $135K- $145K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
