Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer
Location: Rockville MD or Tysons VA , 5 Days onsite
Interview: Onsite

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive technical design, delivery execution, and engineering excellence for enterprise-grade financial technology solutions. This role combines deep hands-on development with technical leadership - you will own driving design decisions, lead delivery of complex features, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining the highest standards of code quality and system reliability.
Enterprise Development Experience
Proven track record of designing, architecting, and deploying production-grade applications using object-oriented programming principles and database technologies
Experience leading technical delivery for teams of 3-6 engineers
Agile Development Background
Hands-on experience building enterprise-level solutions within iterative development methodologies and Agile frameworks
Experience with sprint planning, estimation, and delivery forecasting
Software Engineering Best Practices
Proficiency with industry-standard development practices including automated testing frameworks, continuous integration/deployment pipelines, and configuration management tools
Experience establishing and maintaining engineering standards for a team
Core Technology Stack
Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Experience with Angular 18 or later versions for modern web application development, RxJS, Ngx Formly, monorepo architecture
Ability to design component architectures and establish reusable patterns for the team
Quality Assurance & Testing
Ability to develop comprehensive end-to-end tests using Playwright with TypeScript, along with integration and performance testing capabilities
Experience defining testing strategies and ensuring team-wide adoption of quality practices
DevOps & CI/CD
Strong experience implementing continuous integration and deployment workflows using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
