Job Description:
The Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, development, maintenance, and production support of multiple web-based applications across on-premises and cloud environments. This role provides technical and architectural guidance, leads a small to medium-sized development team, partners with Product teams to refine and estimate requirements, and mentors junior developers while ensuring strong engineering and development best practices. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering experience, strong SQL and .NET or systems integration experience, and expertise with modern technologies such as microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
