Job Description:

Acadia is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Performance Creative strategist to join our Performance Creative team. We are looking for a candidate who loves the fast-paced environment of an agency, has a passion for creating top-performing ads across a variety of digital channels, and can roll with the punches. As a Performance Creative strategist, you will work collaboratively with designers and editors as you work alongside Acadia's internal paid media teams to ensure the creative is aligned with each channel's testing needs and KPIs. This role will report to a senior performance creative team member.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop innovative performance-centric integrated creative campaigns for your clients, adapting their brand identity and guidelines into audience-specific messaging aligned with channel best practices

  • Produce monthly or quarterly creative plans alongside paid media team members and generate buy-in on concepts and strategy to develop static and video asset libraries that paid media buyers can use for testing and generating stronger channel performance

  • Manage the client's monthly creative budget to ensure their budget is being optimized toward assets that will drive performance for their business

  • Conceptualize creative strategy for new business prospects and articulate the value of the service offering to sell in new clients

  • Analyzing data and performance of creative campaigns and using the learnings to inform future campaign execution and provide clients with actionable takeaways

  • Create creative test roadmaps to ensure iterations are backed by data and logic

  • Overseeing creative production timelines to ensure we are meeting client deliverables

  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of emerging formats, channels, and growth opportunities to ensure brand-response campaigns are compelling and cutting-edge

  • Strategizing and servicing creative needs from Paid Social to Programmatic, Youtube, Display, Google, and Amazon services

  • Brief and provide feedback to designers and video editors on creative projects for your clients

  • Identifying opportunities to improve our Performance Creative service through in-house automation solutions or third-party platforms

  • At least 1+ year of owning and managing client relationships to meet creative deliverables

  • Sharp creative eye and experience developing and producing creative campaigns built around performance

  • Demonstrated understanding of the marketing funnel and its application to paid media platforms

  • Ability to analyze media testing and scaling structures within FB Ads Manager and have comfortability analyzing data from other platforms such as Tik Tok, Youtube, Google to ensure optimal conditions for performance

  • An understanding of the elements that make up a winning ad for clients across a wide range of industries

  • An informed perspective of what makes good copy and how to use text overlays to speak to different audiences and achieve different campaign objectives

  • Experience with design or editing is a plus

  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus

What Success Looks Like During Day to Day Duties:

  • Ensure client satisfaction on creative services

  • Ensure ads are delivered to the media team according to the creative plan with proper lead times

  • Majority of ads delivered to client are approved on second round

  • You are proactively planning clients next quarterly creative plans a month before they are actually due

  • Completion of all asana tasks on time

  • Ability to professionally collaborate with other project stakeholders via slack and asana

  • Creative roadmaps are developed and client approved on time

  • Ability to step in when a designer or video editor is unable to meet an important deadline

What Success Looks Like In First Three to Six Months:

  • You are able to manage atleast 5-6 enterprise clients

  • Proven ability to present creative plans to clients and properly provide the strategy behind the decisions you've made

  • Build trust and strong relational foundation with your teammates

  • Foster an environment of creative collaboration and innovation

  • Build strong relational equity with clients as demonstrated by 75% client renewal of creative services

  • Your ads will be among the highest drivers of ROAS and efficiency in the account
