What are the responsibilities of a lead Dotnet developer?

A Lead Dotnet Developer is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software applications using the .NET framework. They guide a team of developers, ensure coding standards are met, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements. Additionally, they review code, mentor junior developers, and troubleshoot technical issues to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Their leadership is crucial in driving projects to successful completion while maintaining best practices in software engineering.
