The Lead Informatics & Analytics Developer is a senior hands-on healthcare analytics and informatics role responsible for stabilizing, developing, validating, and modernizing Prism Health North Texas' clinical, operational, financial, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive reporting environment.

This role provides technical leadership and direct execution across:

  • Snowflake-based data analysis and reporting

This position works closely with the VP of Information Technology, Informatics & Analytics Analyst, HIM, Clinical Operations, Quality, Grants, Finance, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, IT, and executive stakeholders to improve reporting continuity, data integrity, and stakeholder confidence in Prism's analytics function.
