Position Overview

F&M Trust is seeking an experienced and service-driven Senior Financial Services Representative to join our West Washington Street Office in Hagerstown, MD. This role serves as a key operational and customer-facing leader within the branch, supporting daily office functions while delivering high-quality financial solutions to customers.

The Senior FSR combines hands-on transactional responsibilities with mentorship and operational oversight, helping ensure the branch runs efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on relationship-building and service excellence.

This is a full-time position, typically working approximately 40 hours per week, with access to a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will:

  • Support and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth customer service delivery
  • Perform a wide variety of financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Build relationships with customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
  • Open and service consumer deposit accounts and support business account openings as needed
