As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant legal standards to protect patient privacy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
• Participating in regular case consultations, peer reviews, and ongoing professional development activities aimed at improving service delivery.
• Empowering patients and their families by offering education and support regarding mental health issues and available community resources.
• Staying current with the latest research in the mental health field, integrating new findings into your therapeutic practice to enhance effectiveness.

You will work with a diverse range of patients who present with various mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and behavioral issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
