• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions with clients seeking mental health support, utilizing teletherapy platforms and tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, enabling a trajectory toward recovery and improved mental health.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation with minimal paperwork through our streamlined platform, allowing you to dedicate more time to client interactions.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities and participate in team meetings to stay updated on best practices and organizational goals.
• Utilize established protocols for client referrals while providing ongoing support and resources to the individuals in your care.

You will primarily serve individuals seeking detoxification support who are generally stable and present low acuity concerns. Our client population values the convenience and anonymity of online services, making your role crucial in their journey toward recovery. You will set your own demographic focus, allowing you to leverage your expertise and interests when working with clients.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and administrative personnel.
• An independent, flexible approach to work with the capability to thrive in a remote setting.

• Proven experience managing a caseload effectively, demonstrating the ability to balance the needs of multiple clients.
• Preference for candidates with dual or multi-state certifications to expand treatment accessibility.
• A background in detox support or substance use treatment is a plus but not required.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
