You will have access to the latest tools and technology meandering between virtual and in-person counseling, ensuring effective communication and support.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based solutions.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to foster resilience and empowerment in clients during their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards, demonstrating your commitment to ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer comprehensive holistic care tailored to our clients' specific mental health needs.

• Engage in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to continually enhance the quality of care and stay informed on industry best practices.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with strategies and resources to navigate mental health challenges effectively.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in social work and therapeutic methodologies, ensuring proactive integration of new techniques into practice.

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. This population often faces significant social and emotional challenges, and your role will be instrumental in providing compassionate, evidence-based care that targets their unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to academic achievement and professional development.

• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois, showcasing your professional qualifications and competencies.

• Demonstrable knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing customization of therapeutic interventions for a diverse clientele.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting a trusting and effective therapeutic process.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations and contribute to their recovery effectively.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work, preferably in a substance use treatment setting.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of the complexities involved in recovery.

• Familiarity with community resources and services that support client recovery and well-being, enhancing our holistic approach.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
