In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each approach aligns with the most effective practices and the client’s treatment preferences.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations while effectively communicating client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment strategies, providing and receiving feedback to uplift the quality of care delivered.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, thereby empowering them to participate actively in their care.
• Continuously enhancing your knowledge of the mental health field by staying updated on current research and innovative practices, integrating new findings into your therapeutic methods.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is a requirement for this role.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based and solution-focused psychotherapy interventions is also a key requirement.
