Hope Being Counseling Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient team. In this pivotal role, you will provide therapeutic support, counseling, and advocacy to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. This role is a remote position within an outpatient setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. • Advocate for clients by connecting them to community resources, social services, and support networks tailored to their individual needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support as necessary, ensuring client safety and stability during challenging times.
• Maintain thorough and updated client records, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to deliver coordinated and holistic care to all clients.
• Educate clients about essential coping strategies, effective communication methods, and self-care practices to empower them in managing their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and strengthen partnerships that enhance client referrals.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and circumstances. Clients may present with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, necessitating a tailored approach to treatment and support.

• Must possess current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the social work field, particularly in mental health.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical therapeutic practices and client confidentiality.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in community outreach and partnership development.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 100,000 along with additional monthly productivity bonuses.
