• Provide compassionate therapeutic support through individual and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients’ strengths, challenges, and appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, ensuring client safety and stabilization in moments of distress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

As an outpatient LCSW, you will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychosocial issues. The clientele may include individuals from diverse backgrounds and with different life experiences, requiring sensitivity and an understanding of cultural factors that impact mental health.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of experience in providing mental health services, specifically within an outpatient setting, is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to ethical practice.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience in community mental health services or similar settings is preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and electronic health record systems.
