Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and support them as they work through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other mental health challenges.

This position is well suited for an LCPC who enjoys direct client care, values steady clinical work, and wants to provide meaningful therapy in a structured remote setting. You will have the tools, support, and consistency needed to focus on high-quality counseling without the daily strain of commuting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify client goals, symptoms, strengths, and barriers
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect each client's needs and progress
  • Use evidence-based counseling methods during virtual sessions
