Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, preferably with LCSW, LCP, or LCMFT credentials, to join our dynamic integrated care team. Work Environment

Our working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluating how medical conditions may impact patients' mental health and vice versa.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring all therapeutic interventions are grounded in best practices and aligned with patients' goals.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and medical professionals to implement coordinated care strategies that enhance treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing assessment skills to manage mental health emergencies effectively.
• Educate patients about the interplay between their mental and physical health, helping them to take an active role in their treatment and management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary planning sessions to foster collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
• Stay abreast of advancements and best practices in mental health and integrated care, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCP, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with patients who have co-occurring mental health and medical issues.
• Experience providing integrated care in collaboration with physical health professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards, including confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information effectively.
• An exceptional ability to thrive within a team-oriented setting and contribute to a positive work culture.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional experience in integrated care environments, particularly working within multidisciplinary teams, will be prioritized. Skills in crisis intervention and evidence-based therapeutic modalities will also be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
