Job description

LC/NC Developer Summary: Develop and sustains LCNC capabilities by configuring workflows, interfaces, records, integrations, business rules, and reusable components that support modernization and secure mission delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems
  • 4+ Years of software engineering, including at least 2+ years of hands-on Appian development.
  • Appian Associate certification and Comp Tia Security+
  • Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components, Agile stories, unit testing, peer review, releases, defect resolution, production troubleshooting, and requirements translation.
  •  Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning 
  • Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain LC/NC workflows, interfaces, records, rules, integrations, and reusable components
  • Implement stories, resolve defects, test, and support sprints
  • Follow design, security, naming, and performance standards
  • Support peer reviews, releases, documentation, and production operations.
