Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Contact Center Agent I uses protocols, guidelines and appropriate software programs to handle customer requests coming into the Contact Center by phone, EMR portal, LBH website or other methods. The agent primarily handles requests in support of specific provider practices, departments or other LBH services. Requests include appointments, prescription refills, or other provider practice associated activity including pre-authorization and referral follow up. The agent works in partnership with other staff members and proactively identifies and responds to LBH customer's needs to enhance the customer experience.
 
REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience.
