Guest Services and Reservation Coordinator - Front Desk Agent
Are you a customer service professional who enjoys helping guests and creating great experiences? The Lazydays RV Resort powered by Campers Inn RV is looking for a Guest Services and Reservation Coordinator to support our front desk operations, assist campground guests, and ensure smooth and friendly check-in experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality environment, enjoys campground guest interaction, and excels at keeping operations organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Process reservations, check-ins, extensions, and check-outs using the campground reservation system.
  • Answer phone calls, return emails, and respond promptly to all guest inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about campground amenities, resort rules, local attractions, and upcoming events.
  • Verify guest information and update customer records as needed.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and accurately balance the daily cash drawer.
  • Complete daily vouchers, balance sheets, and reconciliation reports.
  • Monitor and respond to voicemail and email throughout the day.
  • Support campground activities, events, and operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized registration area at all times.
  • Assist with guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Review and file AM guard reports and follow up on noted issues.
  • Attend required company meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Good computer and data entry proficiency; experience with reservation systems preferred.
  • Ability to accurately handle cash, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions
  • Office and campground environment with consistent guest interaction.
  • Requires sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
  • Schedule varies based on business needs including weekends and holidays.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
