Essential Job Functions

  • Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process

  • Partner with an industry-leading team to sell new and used RVs while delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Perform effective product demonstrations

  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all RV models

  • Work closely with the F&I team to close sales efficiently

  • Use a high-integrity, no-pressure sales approach

  • Contribute ideas to achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Ability to obtain a state sales license (if required)

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred

Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable work ethic and commitment to outstanding customer service

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Ability to learn dealership systems (Motility Systems2K, MS Office, etc.)

  • Ability to move RVs of various sizes

  • Ability to complete physical tasks such as climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching
