Job description

As our Concrete Carpenter, you will play an important role in building safe, high‑quality concrete structures through solid craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork on the jobsite.You will perform a variety of concrete carpentry tasks, including building, setting, and stripping formwork for foundations, slabs, walls, and other concrete elements. You will also help ensure that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards while ensuring a safe, hazard free work environment. Experienced concrete carpenters may take on more complex work, lead small crews, and support quality and productivity in the field.Successful concrete carpenters in this role are committed to safety, workmanship, and teamwork, and take pride in delivering quality results in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Your Background
  • Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or form builder on commercial construction projects.
  • Strong skillset in building, setting, bracing, and stripping concrete formwork for slabs, walls, footings, columns, and related structures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, grades, elevations, measurements, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding field environment.
