We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume, upscale steakhouse located within LAX. This is a premier leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.

What You'll Do

As the Unit General Manager, you will be fully accountable for the success of the restaurant, overseeing all aspects of operations, team leadership, and guest experience:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end dining experience
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and cost controls in a high-volume environment
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
