ERP Application Administrator Career Opportunity
The Application Administrator is a critical player in application configuration, support, and training, and will join a team accountable for ensuring the digital systems are well controlled, operating effectively, aligned with business needs, and compliant with multiple regulations. This is a highly visible position working in all facets and within all levels of the business and is a great opportunity for someone who desires to be instrumental in system adoption and performance for years to come.
ERP Application Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of Pentagon 2000 technology support delivered to the end-user community.
  • Oversee troubleshooting of the Pentagon 2000 platform and ensures the highest level of system performance, functionality, and optimization.
  • Gain an understanding of business needs; research and implement solutions related to system features, functionality, configurations, and integrations.
  • Stay current on Pentagon 2000 releases, available modules, and system enhancements and identify solutions to streamline business processes and support growth.
  • Develop and deliver training to end-users for overall and role-specific functionalities.
  • Provide oversight to contractors and consultants supporting ongoing project efforts.
ERP Application Administrator Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ERP Application Administration and ERP best practices. Pentagon 2000 ERP or similar is a plus.
  • Applicable ERP experience in the aerospace and/or logistics and distribution verticals is strongly desired.
  • Experience with reporting software like Power BI and SSRS.
  • Programming language knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Possess strong business acumen and sound judgment/decision-making skills.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently to achieve successful results with minimal guidance.
  • Confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines, and see tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization including Change Management skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people inside and outside the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other IT disciplines with 3 years of experience with enterprise ERP systems; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
