Lawn Care Tech & Shoveler

Marks Lawn Service Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Technician / Mower & Trimmer to join our strong, hardworking team in Maple Grove. We use top-of-the-line, well-cared-for equipment and run a highly organized operation. Our team members love working here and appreciate the positive laid back environment compared to past employers.
We are looking for full-time trimmers who are also willing to stay on through the winter for snow shoveling and grow within the company. Your growth will depend on your willingness and ability.
Job Details:
- Summer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM (Weekends Off)
- Summer Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (Expected 40 hours per week)
- Winter Shoveling: Triggered when it snows 1.5" or more
- Winter Shifts: 2:00 AM โ€“ 9:00 AM (Shift 1) and 2:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM (Shift 2)
- Winter Pay: $35.00 - $40.00+ per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
- Bonus: Refer friends and receive a cash bonus!
Core Duties:
- Perform lawn care, regular mowing, and weed trimming.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks (planting, weeding, mulching, tree trimming).
- Operate equipment safely and utilize hand tools effectively.
- Maintain groundskeeping standards by keeping areas clean and debris-free.
- Monitor plant health and report any pest or disease issues.
