Lawn Mowing & Gardening Technician

La Rosa Landscape Company is seeking a reliable Lawn Mowing & Gardening Technician to join our Cedarburg team. This full-time position offers steady work, competitive pay, and hands-on training in landscaping, lawn care, and garden maintenance.

What You'll Do

  • Mow and maintain lawns for residential and commercial properties
  • Edge walkways, driveways, and beds
  • Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and decorative plants
  • Perform garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, deadheading
  • Install seasonal color displays and container gardens
  • Identify pests or plant issues
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Valid and insurable Wisconsin Driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
  • Reliable transportation to Cedarburg
  • Team player with a willingness to learn
