Job description

Lawn Maintenance Operations Supervisor
The Operations Supervisor leads a team of 10-25 crew members focused on lawn maintenance and mowing services. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Key responsibilities include leadership, scheduling, route planning, quality control, and driving daily productivity.
Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, and basic property upkeep) are essential. Experience with small landscape projects is a plus but not required. During the season, this role is responsible for daily crew dispatch (starting around 7 a.m.) and supporting crews throughout the day. In the winter, responsibilities shift to overseeing snow operations within an assigned area, including team performance and service execution.

  • Supervision of production crews
  • Development and coaching of production crews
  • Planning, organizing, and preparing to ensure services are provided in a productive and efficient manner
  • Manage compliance to quality standards and safety procedures
  • Organize and care for assigned resources
  • Development and coaching of production team members utilizing a hands-on approach
  • Properly submit production related information
  • Previous experience supervising and leading crews
  • Landscape Industry experience desired, but not required

  • Basic MS Office proficiency
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
